Eheim SUBSTRATpro is Eheim's best biological filter media. This is a pearl shaped, highly porous filter material made from sintered glass and it has a large surface for bacteria to colonise.

The pearl shape enables the water to flow through the media easier, reducing dead spots and making the media more efficient.

Suitable for use in external canister, sump, Aquaball and Biopower filters.
