Slow sinking granular food for midwater and bottom feeding fish

Many fish, such as barbs, cichlids, angelfish, and discus, prefer to feed from food in the water column, rather than from the surface. TetraPrima provides these fish with all of their nutritional requirements, and is especially good at bringing out the colours in fish such as discus. TetraPrima is also an excellent food for bottom feeding fish, and can be particularly useful where a large number of bottom feeders are kept, and there is intense competition for tablet foods.

How it Works

Prima is manufactured so that it sinks slowly through the water column, allowing midwater fish to feed in their preferred manner. In addition, once the granules reach the base of the aquarium, they are well distributed, making it easier for large numbers of bottom feeders to eat them. The extra colour enhancers, and optimal protein to fat ratios in Prima make it an excellent food for discus, angelfish, and other species.
